What luck.
Its a 2006 Premier with 95,000 on it.
I was traded into a Buick dealership, they didn't know what they had.
It was a CPO from 2007 to 2012.
Traded just before warranty expired.
I called the Volvo dealership who was very helpful.
They went over the warranty repairs.
The normal things and a NEW TRANSMISSION.
The Buick dealereship let us take the XC for 2 days.
I took it to the Volvo dealership who did all the work for there $134 check out.
They gave me the print out of all the repairs.
One thing stood out, in the repairs it stated this is Steves daughters XC.
Turns out the sales manager of the Volvo dealership daughter owned it and anything that went wrong was taken care of.

Keep a close eye on the alternator :D
Thanks

They checked the charging system etc.
Seems to be ok for now.

Probably smart to replace the origianl battery/alternator before winter hits.
