I connected the T plastic part to the vacuum hose.

When driving at ,the gauge shows 0,2-0,3.

When changing gears it raises up to 1,1.

What is the principle on turbo working system with the gauge?

Is it correst to connect the gauge to Vacuum hose.

According to my low informations,I see that the Boost gauge measures the vacuum amount?!!

When you are reading negative numbers on the gauge, it indicates vacuum (when engine is idling, for instance)
As the turbo builds pressure (boost) you will see the gauge go up, around the 1.1 bar you see (which is maximum turbo pressure)
Sounds like you have it connected properly, although not sure which vacuum line you have tapped into. Some vacuum lines are more appropriate to splice into.

There is a rectangular connection socket under this empty plastic cover.
There is a vacuum hose there.I connected to it.Is that true?

At idle, you should see -0.5 to -0.7 bar.

While cruising, it can be anything between -0.2 to +0.5 bar.

While accelerating, between 0 to 1.1 bar.

Try connecting the T where pino indicated.
