Tire question, '01 V70 T5

Curious as to what people recommend for a well-rounded and decently priced set of rubber for my car. I'm not overly knowledgeable about tires. We use the car for about everything under the sun aside form a daily commuter. Towing, road trips, around town with friends or a night out, etc. Don't typically drive it too hard, but like the go-juice once in a while.

The 215/55-R16 seems to be somewhat difficult to find. Are there other sizes that work well or even better on the car? I've done this on our motorcycles in the past, but never with a car. Thanks in advance for any help! Best "all around" I'm finding are some Affinity touring, 70K tires for $475 OTD put on. But that's only with the current size on the car.
