These are on tirerack, I entered a 2005 S60 just to see what else was out there for wheels. Very similar to the Atreus for a lot less. $173 for 17"

Re: (Veefifty T5AWD)

Borbet has other wheels that fit our cars, there really shouldnt be any reason why they (Tirerack) cant hook you up with a set of rings.

SAM also had those wheels on his first C30 before it was wrecked, they look amazingly good http://********************/smile/emthup.gif

On a red car I don't know, I think I like them equally. On my car I think I'd go with the 2nd option, as I don't like the glossy black a lot, if it were a matte color I would like it more. Either way, these wheels are sick and a great deal. What is the weight of each wheel?

No hub ring needed. Got them here in Belgium at local dealer. 1245 euro incl "dunlop sp sport maxx" tires 225/40/18.

I'd go for the second option under a red car.

Re: (carreragt7)

You can get these Borbet XLs from the tirerack ... in both a 17x 7.5 and 18 x 8 both 45mm offset I believe. They require hubcentric rings but WILL fit guarentied from tirerack (as long as you go with thier recommended sizes)

hmmm... I ran black wheels on a few cars for over 10 yrs... one HUGE benefit is brake dust is the same color.... I like the other finish but thought I'd let you know .

Your car is red? I'd go with the black ones

Re: (V50_T5)

I was assuming because these wheels are indeed offered for different Volvos w/ different hub diameters (as well as several other cars, BMW, OPEL, AUDI etc.) that a "ring" would be necessary???

This is how it USUALLY is with aftermarket wheels

I ran an Evolve wheel this spring w/o a ring and OK I went 300 miles but thought vibrations were too much , took that wheel off and indeed it was missing the ring.

You might ... just NEED a hubcentric ring but don't know it
