Hi everyone. I had to post something dramatic on the Title to atract your attention. Looks like it worked since you are reading it?....lol. Seriously, I apologize if I have ofended anyone with my "claim"...but I really own a magnificent Red 72 P1800. Incidentaly the car won a prize at the prestigious Houston Classy Chassis last year, and I plan on exhibiting it again during the event's 10th Anniversary in 2013. Anyways, I am posting this simply to introduce myself, and say "Hi" to everyone. I own several cars/classics and the Volvo is one of my favourites. I live in Houston but the "stable" is in the Hill Country near Round Rock. Please, keep me posted on events, meets, etc., please. Cheers. Claudio

Texas P1800

Hi George,

I changed my mind on the 928 George.....I fell in love with a pristine 2000 Mercedes Benz E55 AMG...what a car....wowww. loving it.
The 72 P1800E is really nice...well above your average P1800.
how do I include a few pics?
All I could find on inserting an image is related to an URL of the image....?
cheers.

Posting pics...

If the image is already on the www and has a non-private URL just paste that URL in your Swedespeed reply.

AMG - ain't it great! The early V8 with manual shift is just plain awesome.

BTW, when you shoot from your Houston digs to your car cache in the Hill Country be sure to take Toll 130 while it is still free but watch out for those pigs!...

Signup here...

...then login to the new photobucket account you just created.

Follow the instructions for uploading the jpgs from your pc to the account.

Once each jpg is in your pb account it is assigned a unique url like this...

http://i292.photobucket.com/albums/mm14/handshifterAl/Brodie Historic Wheels 2009/VolvoP1800.jpg

...which you can copy then paste into your Swedespeed reply...

Let's see some pics!

Hi George - can you tell me about those exterior mirrors? I think they look great and make an interesting option.
