Very nice! Lots of work went into that. Great job! http://********************/smile/emthup.gif

Of course, I wouldn't have done all that you did, but everything is very tasteful.

The al. trim on your dash looks very plasticy...is that just the flash?

My first of many questions...How difficult was the wiring of the turbo timer? (I know you had it installed professionally, but whatever you can add)

Also, how does this affect the security system. I assume that the security cannot be armed until the car has shut off, which was the case of my Turbo timer on my Saab.

Sorry about the size of the pics guys. I will resize in a couple of hours. Check back then. The detail in some of the pics is really cool!

No Mash...don't change a thing with the pictures. The first thing I did was enjoy how you posted the pics at that size. Haven't seen it done that way here. Pretty cool.

Nice work too.

Also the size is easier on the folks with low connection speed.

Re: (needsdecaf)

I do feel for the 56K guys. However, in the past when I have referenced certain photos I liked them bigger right off the bat. I hope this helps people in that situation as well. Enjoy fellas. Rick

Where did you get those blue headlight covers? I'd like to get some of those.
I hope your grass didn't die after you drove your car onto the front lawn!

Re: (Mash)

About the turbo timer, My aftermarket security system already had a timer built in(Compustar) We disabled that. The install was a pain in the a$$ for Tau the installer. Because the Blitz2 turbo timer is also a boost gauge. The timer takes information from your boost levels, rpm's and engine temp.He had to tap into a couple extra parts of the car (rpm's and engine temp) outside of the typical plumbing for the boost gauge. Depending how much boost, engine temp, rpm's and how long the car has been running determines how long the car will run after I take the key out. Because he had to tap into those other areas I would say, hire someone. It was way out of my league. I hope this helps, Rick

The blue head light tint looks completely out of place IMO. Nothing else to tie it in with the completely silver exterior.

do you think it would look good with sonic blue?

If you saw this car in person (I have) it has a blue pin stripe that is the same color (as the headlight film) and the Volvo emblem in the front grille is the same blue. It also matches the interior trim stiching as well as the motor color. The pin stipe was on the car when he purchased it. He does not like it but I do! Because the stripe is painted on he would have to paint the whole car to get rid of it. Keep it Mash. I told you guys he has been busy. I also have drivin the car after each of his latest mods. The most noticable is the ecu tune from IPD. That stage2 is tight. I was with him a few days ago and we both ran mid 5's 0-60. Prior to that ecu upgrade the car would pull mid 6's. And the sound of that car at full throttle will scare any motorist within a few hundred feet. At idle it sounds almost stock. Mash the gas and you now have an F1. Great job mash. I can't wait to go to the shows with you this summer. Take care bud! Hatty http://********************/smile/emthup.gif

Re: (Copeland)

I got the dash kit from wooddashexperts.com. They are out of NY. I think it is a great match in color. The shinyness is the only thing I would improve. The color match is perfect though. Look at the pass door panel pic. That shows the best pic on both stock(aluminum) and kit color. Thanks for the compliment. Rick
