Read a recent article about the EDFC and their Coilover Kit and of course I wanted it...but knew full well that I would never get it. So I was browsing around their site and found this:
http://www.tein.com/test_vehicle/index.html
If you go over there and have them R&D your car....see what you can do about getting us an EDFC system setup to. R Kelly's springs cost him a headache when he took it in for service. Running a set of springs for R&D for a company could only be worse.

Are you talking about replacing both the shocks and the springs, or just the springs? If you're talking about just the springs, there are already some good options out there. If you're talking about both, couldn't you just use an existing setup for the non-R S60 / V70 applications?
Edit: Lee beat me to the punch while I was taking phone calls!

you can run coilovers on the S60 and STILL have 4C. coilovers will give you more adjustability but uses the stock shocks...the 4C affects SHOCKS.
if you go to aftermarket SHOCKS, then you lose 4C.
the EVOLVE "Blue Car" had a coilover suspension setup - WITH THE STOCK 4C SHOCKS... so it can be done. i just think it will cost you more than a "regular" set of lowering springs.
