Petrol starts to degrade at about 3 months. How are you managing the age of the gas in your tank?

This is an interesting questions which I haven't even considered. I am guessing that there are mainly three contributing factors for the degradation, water (vapor), oxygen and evaporation of light hydrocarbons. It seems to me that the effect all of those factors will be reduced by keeping the gas tank as full as possible.
