Basically all the iridium and ruthenium plugs on sale say that you cannot gap the plugs. The preset gaps on these plugs range from 0.030" to 0.044". I got the NGK Ruthenium plugs with 0.032" preset gap. So, if I don't adjust the gap at all, is there going to be any problem?

If the coil packs are weak, you may have misfires under load. Recommended gap for T5 engines is 0.028" (0.7mm). If those plugs are single electrode, i would adjust them to 0.028". If not I would go with other spark plugs. Bosch FR7NI33 (double iridium) is the OEM of the genuine plugs.
