I am thinking of lowering my V50 AWD T5. I just put on new 18" Ronal wheels and feel that they don't quite fit the fenderwells properly.
What lowering kits have folks used out there for their V50 of S40 AWD? Have you done this with 18" wheels without clearance problems?
Do you need to re-align the wheels after the lowering?
Thanks!

I'm not sure about a lowering "kit" -- all that I hear folks mention on here is springs.
And yes -- you'll want an alignment after installing lowering springs.

Re: Suspension Upgrade for V50 AWD T5 (mlenox)

I have the same car, and my 18"s get installed tomorrow. I have Heico springs for the AWD on order, which are a 20mm drop. I don't want it too low, but I think it will need to go lower than stock since the AWD sits high already and the fender gap is already pretty big with 17"s on.
Seems to be a few people looking for this info, so I'll try to post before and after pics through the process.
