We installed a 1-S system in a 2006 R last week and realized a bunch of time running back and forth to the hardware store could be saved with a small hardware kit. The kit contains a T fitting that fits the larger hose size found on the Volvo TCV for the boost signal connection. This T has 2 large fittings and one small fitting. 2 large diameter ring terminals for the 12V+ and ground connections, small diameter tubing to connect the boost pressure switch to the TCV pressure line, a speed nut and stainless sheet metal screw to attach the relay pack to the R's air box support w/o drilling and 8" of small split loom to hide the nozzle and line connection to the intercooler pipe. If you ordered a kit during the group buy, we'd be happy to provide the kit for $15 and free shipping. This kit supports the installation of the kit under the black plastic cover next to the air box, a stealth install. E-mail [email protected] or call scott at 800-444-6473 if you'd like one.

What is funny is I was just going to ask if you had a clear plexiglass kit like you had on several installs you did. I think it cool to see it.
