OK. So I finally got one of those sun shades that attaches to the window with suction cups to keep the sun out of the kids eyes. Then I go and roll down that window After getting the window un-stuck, and back in the up position, it appears that one of the suction cups is forever lost down in the mechanism. Any problem with this that I have to worry about? Anybody else make this same bonehead mistake?

Re: Sun Shade (Freeworld)

Oh, I do that all the time, but luckily, the cups come back out when I roll the window up.
You can tear into the door to retrieve it, it's not terribly difficult, but then again, if it's not bothering anything, you might want to leave well enough alone.

Re: Sun Shade (mcahren)

I feel better now, thanks. Don't think I'll be opening any door panels. It's a leased car, let them worry about it when it goes back

Freeworld, the "cling" type window tint might work for your and your "leaser". It sticks just like a thick saran wrap, peel it off when you don't want it. No messy scraping and such when you want it off too.
