My stock volvo radiator needs replacement. Any advice from those who changed to full aluminum radiators? are they any better than stock?
the brand is forged racing and claimed to come with lifetime warranty.

If they have a lifetime warranty I'd go full aluminum for sure. Let us know what you do and the quality of the radiator. I've been looking into one from do88 but they're more expensive.

I'd go for the aluminum as well if the cost isn't that much more. But then that begs the question of quality... Even for a tiny Honda Civic sized radiator, they run at least $300 for a twin core all aluminum. Also inquire about the warranty and what exactly it covers... If all seems good with that info, I'd go for the aluminum hands down unless there's a specific reason not to use an OEM style one with plastic tanks.

Well as long as it lasts it will be better only time will tell that. If it doesn't overheat on a super hot day I'd say your golden.

I replaced my one to NISSENS alu+plastic combo. I'm interested in your feedback about this great alternative! 😊
