Cyan Racing has initiated a cooperation with renowned Swedish racing team WestCoast Racing.
"We have raced against each other since 1996 and we are glad to start a new cooperation together. This is a key part to our expansion of racing in three championships next year and something for us to further build on together with WestCoast Racing for the future," said Christian Dahl, CEO of Cyan Racing.
WestCoast Racing will act as a strategic supplier to Cyan Racing regarding preparation, logistics, running of the race team and more in the 2016 Scandinavian Touring Car Championship.
"We are delighted to support Cyan Racing in their STCC programme and we look forward to the 2016 season. This is a cooperation that we hope to evolve for the future," said Dick Jönsson-Wigroth, CEO of WestCoast Racing.
There will be two Volvo S60 race cars on the grid for the 2016 STCC season under the Polestar Cyan Racing banner for Prince Carl Philip and a second yet to be named driver.
