PPC is the system that BSR and RICA use.
The best is either RICA or IPD, both are very good with very good back end support.
BSR is a fine tune, plenty of people have used it without issue, but one of the biggest vendors stopped carrying it, which tells me something. It is the least expensive.
You have been here long enough to know to use the search feature!

BSR is a great tune. I have iPd, but it's much more expensive. The part which separates iPd, is that they custom make a tune specific to your car. They will talk all day about "Power Under the Curve" and how it's much better than peak performance. You should take a look at both of them, do some searches, and you'll find a ton of information.

I don't know if any other company does that too.

They allow you to send it in if you want to spend less money. You can also datalog and live readings from the OBDII.
