OK I'm having my TME's and my 22mm rear sway bar installed this week. My question is should I wait a week after the install to get it aligned? Figure this would give the springs a week to settle.

a re-alignment should be done as part of the install of the springs. Settling of the springs may affect the alignment and you may want to have it checked later but I don't think it would be a good idea to to wait until the springs settle to do an alignment. I am installing the same stuff as you this week, I will get an alignment.
