I got both of these today. I went with 35% charcoal on the sides and 20% in the rear. I decided against the MB blue tint....would have been too much blue...and that's saying a lot coming from me!

She's about to! She said I'm a complete nut case.

Looks like you're well on your way. I would recommend a low moose though.

I think soledoc and QuickBrick are going to have a contest: "who can make the most mods the fastest".

Looks good, Doc. http://********************/smile/emthup.gif Glad you stayed away from the blue tint. It would have been too much.

I like it http://********************/smile/emthup.gif what about going with blue powder coat for the calipers?

I like that idea. Can a good body shop do that? How would you recommend doing that?

$175 for the tint. I dropped it off at the guy's house and he let me borrow his X5 for a few hours while he was working on it.

Next small mod...takspeed stickers x 3. One on rear to the left of the R, one on the front R on the grille, and one inside to the left of the 4C buttons, and aluminum door pins (too bad there's no blue ones available now).

Honestly, I am exstatic with my aluminum R ones from that guy on Volvospeed. They set off the aluminum trim perfectly and with my dash kit, the blue would have been too much

GrahamsV70R has blue door pins on his Sonic Blue / Atacama posted in his picture section over at V70r.com if you want to get an idea of what that combo would look like together.

Consider yellow to offset the blue. Too much blue can get overwhelming. A little contrast color though, and it will really pop. Match the yellow to the moose, and you'd have a winning combo. http://********************/smile/emthup.gif
