Yes, an R without a moonroof does actually exist without a special order.<p><A HREF="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LEATHER-6-SP-MANUAL-CLIMATE-PKG-BLUETOOTH_W0QQitemZ230006889439QQihZ013QQcategoryZ47588QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem" TARGET="_blank">http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem</A><p>Any takers on a climate package only car? <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/eek.gif" BORDER="0">

Re: Sonic Blue Oddball (MagoonR)

That is unusual. A friend of mine would actually prefer that. He likes the car with the minimum amount of equipment (less weight and less to fix).<br>The HU 650 radio doesn't sound bad at all actually.

If you look at the window sticker, the only options are climate, metallic paint, and satellite radio prep.

Wow, does that have an offroad package or is that really the OEM ride height? I guess I never noticed it as much on the grey car.<p><IMG SRC="http://photos.ebizautos.com/5203/1089922_6.jpg" BORDER="0"><p>Hehehehe....I feel for you guys with the XC-Rs. lol <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/biggrin.gif" BORDER="0"><p>-Eric

My wagon has stock springs and 17" wheels and has nowhere near that much clearance between tire and fender lip. Must be parked on an incline or a victim of the "random" stock ride height as we have posted about.

I barely use my sunroof. Having no sunroof would actually lower the center of gravity a little bit too.
