Hello. I am selling a 1965 Volvo 122s. Title is clean. It hasn't been a daily driver for over 15 years. The car runs but brakes aren't working. It needs to be towed.

Asking $2500, as-is. Location is SW Portland, Oregon.

Some highlights:

The Good
Car has been in a garage for the last 8 years and doesn't leak any fluids.
Much of the car has been worked on or replaced between '79 and '92.

This includes but is not limited to:
a B18-B engine
a weber carb
alternator / steering box / clutch / ipd roll bars
paint / trim
a center console / shifter kit (from a '69 benz) which includes oil and ampere indicators
lights/blinkers/etc work. (horn and gas gauge do not)
Other work has been done in 2019:
New battery
New starter motor
New brake parts including
new front calipers
new rear cylinders, pads, springs, etc
all flexible brake lines replaced
master cylinder
Oil changed, old gas replaced, spark plugs cleaned, brakes bled (no rust found)
Spare parts and some tools are included if desired:
Hub puller, slide hammer
two metal car ramps
IPD brake fluid self bleeder kit
a heater core, speedometer cable
two original volvo jacks
other random pieces like bulbs, hoses, fuses
some audio stuff (small amp, eq, speakers)

The Bad
The engine starts and runs, but needs tuning
Sometimes after sitting for a long time carb needs to be primed to start
The transmission has an overdrive but it's disconnected and I am not sure if it's operational
The car sat outside for over 10 years; paint job has suffered
The front and back seats are ripped (so are covered with seat covers)
The exhaust pipe is busted and rattles
The headliner is detached

The Ugly
The front bumper is bent and the front panel and both sides of the front have damage
Even with the new brake parts the brakes aren't working; pedals go to floor. (emergency brake works)
There are a number of spots of rust (see album)

Let me know if you have questions or want additional pictures/video.

thanks!

Hello, she is still available.

I posted a quick video of me starting her up in the garage:

(engine cold, manual choke closed all the way)

Also I edited the post above to show the album of pics instead of just the single image. Not sure how I made that mistake. :what:

Questions/comments appreciated.
thanks, Cameron
