Hey Bender, let me ask you some questions!
1) differing stories to different people over prices
2) the use of BSR when many other suppliers are dropping it
3) the slow response time when I emailed you (i understand you may have been having some medical issues, i hope they are resolved or that information was incorrect)
1. What stories and what prices are you talking about?
2. Other Dropping BSR? I really don't understand that, becuse they are one of the leading companies in Europe, they are also the company that tunes Koenigsegg super car, works with Improved emissions on Cars for many country's, Have a world wide dealer program, smart enough to produce a programmer that other tuners bought to use and names it under there own name, You should go to BSR home page and read there story and what they are doing,
My choice of BSR is that potentional is large and the knowlage is Larger, but BSR stands for safety and functional product's, they cant support lot of customers ideas of what they want and wish to do with there cars specially so fare away from Sweden as we are. I am greatfull that they are as the are, becuse down the line i would have a lot of customers coming back to me with issues like transmissions and other stuff. I want to sell and represent a product and a company that is safe and functional, then a product that wouldent destroy your $30.000 car after a while. I do understand that it is a lot of requests of different parts for more power and i like it my self, but i have to be realistic in some cases. All Cars have a limit of what you could do with them, but as humans and owners of our cars we don't have that. My Job is to try to help out as much i can,
i have also helped Volvo speed customers out with there problems when they ordered chip tuning from terry VMS and got ripped off, he got Upsolute chip tuning for free just because i talked to Upsolute my self and told him whats happened. i just could have sold him 2 new chip tunes as many other tuners would have done. But i said that he have suffered enough at it is, and because VMS was representing Upsolute, Rene had to clear it with him and save Upsolutes image, (Rene Owner of Upsolute USA) VMS destroyed the ecu Box and sended it back to the owner without any Chip tunes. He also paid over $1200 for the chips to Terry VMS.
3.Slow respond time, In what matter? i always answer my e mails as fast i can, and i don't recall that you have e mailed me in any matter. So please could you remind me !!
And Bender, you forgot i was bashed and i did not bash anybody in any Forum.
Medical issues? I did not have any medical issues, My father all most died after a Heart attack and i had to leave for Sweden, that was why i was gone for 2 weeks.
How ever i came to this forums to talk to guys that have the same interest as i do, i did not come to this forums to play any games or to be disrespected in any way, i offered my know how and services specially in your favor, and How amazing is it, when you have only some guys that is rude and disrespectful but mostly of the members are really great. i am Talking about Volvo speed. i have customers from Volvo speed and by what they said, they cant mention that they are buying parts from me without been attacked by some members, i do understand that lot of members are favoring IPD, that is okay, i know that IPD is a great company. But how ever, all test that have been made in Europe between Tuners, and to include TME, BSR, Power chip and many others, BSR have better results then TME and power chip, (and that was actually tested by an Independed Tuning Magazine)
many Tuners Are taking out as much they can from the Engine, but they are forgetting all other aspects in Tuning, as Transmission, Missions, drive line, and so on.
You said: It seems like you are a legitimate guy looking to make something take off, I applaud you for that. That said, BE READY, if you are not perfect in your products, your price, and especially your user support you will face a tough time in this market.
I am a serious guy and i love what i am doing, My products are perfect and i am here to support any one that needs help even with just make there choice of the best products for there Cars.
I am a really straight forward guy, as many of you that have bought parts from me knows, i dont play games and i started this because of my huge interest in Volvos and Performance, I work with common sense. If it is possible i would tell, you if it is not possible i would tell you also, I am not here for a quick sale i am here to make friends and to be of help if i can.

i am 47 years old and i learned something when i was growing up, That was that you treat people as you are treated, in this case, i did not start anything, i was trying to be helpful, i was not selling anything,i answered questions as i got them, and then suddenly, few guys from Volvo speed attacked me with rude comments and attacking me for stuff i don't know anything about. So i still don't know how i came in to this mess, was it because of couple pictures??
That is a week way of having a reason to do what they did. What about communication, like asking me questions about them before assuming things, if they asked i would have answered.
You was talking about EuroSport Tuning, ViVa, I have seen comments about them to, No body is perfect, but i know if something would happened and i would mess up, i would always have the best customer service and fix what ever happened.
So please lets start again and clear this mess up and start concentrate on more interesting things like why we are here on this forum, to talk Volvo and Performance.
