What snow tires have you purchased for your S60R? I have 18 inche wheels. Where did you buy the tires and did/do you like the service?

Try TireRack on the web or by phone. They actually test winter tires themselves using snow machines and an ice rink. Such remarkable competence is truly refreshing. Highly reccommended.

I just bought a set of Pirelli Snow Sports for my new R and am quite impressed with them on the recent snow and ice, especially in comparison to the stock tires. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/eek.gif" BORDER="0"> <p>I live in Colorado but am currently working in Sandusky Ohio. The tires were purchased at District Tire in Sandusky.<p>I still wonder whether the Nokian Hakkapellitas would have been a better choice, though.
