I just renewed my SiriusXM radio subscription by signing up for a 1-year promotion for the SiriusXM Select radio package. I also renewed the Travel Link subscription (which follows the subscription dates for the radio package). The account "specialist" also sold me a 1-year Traffic Plus subscription for a deeply discount price. It's been several days now, and I am still not getting any traffic info in sensus navigation. I have called a few times and had multiple refresh signals sent and still nothing. Under vehicle information in sensus, the traffic provider is blank. It used to say "INRIX" when I had my cell phone connected for internet. Since I don't have any other apps loaded, RTTI traffic info was the only reason I used the personal hotspot, and I was hoping to replace that with the SiriusXM Traffic Plus subscription. Interestingly, a 2019 S60 loaner from the dealership that I drove recently had the SiriusXM traffic active, so not sure what the issue is with my 2018 XC60 . Anyone else had a similar issue with the traffic service from SiriusXM? Any thoughts on how to get it working?
