Side-view mirrors with turn indicators - what years?

I saw a near twin of our 2006 V70 2.5T today, but this one had turn-indicator lights on the side-view mirrors.

This is the first time i have ever seen that on any P2 V70.

What year were these offered and are they available as add-on options?

07 only (on P2's)

Is that part from an 07 easily transferrable to an 06 ?
