I have my springs now and the springs are coming in 2 weeks. Is it okay to install springs now and than the front and rear IPD sway bars? I just want to know if it will be harder to install them after springs are in? Or should I jsut do the suspension at the same time?

I would do it all at the same time, torque everything, align and recalibrate the SUM.
If you're lucky and get good camber numbers first time around, you'll be good to go in one shot.
Why take everything apart twice?

I am in the middle of the same things, and in lieu of a specialist, I'm having my dealership do the work. What type of recalibration (SUM?) and adjustments should I be directing them to perform, once they have installed both?

There is only one, they should just do a SUM recalibration (Make sure that the headlights are turned on) and if you hand adjusted them, adjust them back to the original position, if not, don't worry about that

What is this SUM calibration exactly guys?
Or moreless, when would they perform one?
I had a new software download installed because of a SERVICE ENGINE warning. Should I have turned my headlights back down prior to this upload?

No, headlights are part of the SUM (suspension computer), and is usually perform after the suspension has been worked on or when a sensor fails. I suggest you do a search.
I know, the search isn't working right but the SUM is what controls the 4C (and the headlght leveling).
If you hand adjust your lights up and then do a SUM they will have no adjustment left when you try to readjust them (They will go back to their original psition when this is performed) If the lights are not turned on when this download is performed you will have no headlights. This has happened HUNDREDS of times here and requires a trip back to the dealer.
Discussion on the SUM can take a book so it's way too early for my fingers to do more typing on this subject right now

No, an ECM update does not affect the SUM. And, if you did happen to get a SUM recalibration, if your headlights are pointed where you want them, then you're good to go.
