Yes, the 1985 Volvo turbo. It runs, but needs a tune up. The turbo is not blowing, the AC doesn't blow cold air, and the clutch is weak. Is it worth 1200? Are the parts gonna be expensive?

It'd have to have pretty much flawless bodywork with zero rust before that sounded like a good deal otherwise it seems high to me. That said, I didn't flinch at paying $1100 for my current '85 DL wagon with some rust and a clutch and master cylinder that took off for Valhalla almost immediately. So, since I'm not one for taking my own advice, you should take that advice with a grain of salt.
