I have now picked up my brand-spankin' new V70 R. Yes, pictures will be forthcoming. Too busy figuring out reasons to drive it right now to take and post pix.

Love the power, love the steering wheel, the overall "feel" of the car. I don't have the subwoofer, and still find the premium sound system to be dandy.

Don't like the slightly rubbery shifter-feel and the suspension hop. However, I've been spoiled by the short-shifter and H&R coilovers on my Audi.

Overall, I'm *very* excited and happy. Seriously, the V70 R is the *only* new vehicle sold in the US that does what I want a vehicle to do, so I'm just thankful that it exists in the first place.

Further updates as events warrant!

Congrats, on the purchase! We need a description/pictures ASAP. I also just purchased a MT V70R and I am puzzled by the rubbery shifter feel comment? Perhaps it is just because I am so happy to be in a MT again, but I really like the feel of the clutch/shifter in my V70R. Clutch is pretty light and the shifter is very precise, almost kind of notchy feeling. I guess it all depends on what your use to.
Have a good one and get those pics posted.
