Hi guys, new here nice forum ya got.<p>I have several noob questions that im sure have been talked about but i cant seem to find them in the search.<p>1. what is my 2.4i 2006 S40s bolt pattern and offset, i plan on getting rims.<p>2. Is the Heico dual exhaust california emissions legal?<p>3. Im moving to LA from hawaii soon and my car has blacked out lights, illigal tint and a body kit, what are the laws like in california and is it worth taking my car over?<p>Thanks guys, I know theses are silly questions to the experts like yourself but i cant seem to get clean answers in the other volvo forums i have visited.<p>Regards,<br>Mark

Go to Tirerack, you can pick the Volvo S40 and it will tell you the bolt pattern and offset. There's also a Tirerack rep that lurks over in the wheel and tire forum who can tell you that<p>Can't answer your other questioins.<br>Try finding the forum user kaizai. He sells pre-owned cars in Cali and may know the answers to your questions<p>
