Audi is also going to be releasing a folding hardtop convertible. And MB is going to be replacing the rest of its convertibles with folding hartops over time. It is the new thing - people in the convertible market segment want the benefits of hardtops as well as the benefits of the convertible. Even Mazda is going to be releasing a folding hardtop for the MX-5 Miata in 2007.

In those pictures I think they could make the car look a lot better by using colored coordinated lining between the folding roof pieces...
