The seat warmers are taking a very long time to warm up now. My car is over 100,000 clicks, just wondering if there is any way to fix them?

I just brought my car into the shop for that (and other) reasons. My seat warmers were very intermittent and often just didnt work, and apparently they had to replug the connector to the heaters. They charged me $36 for it, but I'm sure if you know your way around the Volvo you can dig around the try it yourself.
