P80 T5M feels more like its going to kill you, while P2 T5M feels like the worlds comfiest stereo while hurtling across country. Sportswagon vs GT cruiser.
I second this - although the performance level of my bone stock T5M right now is nothing compared to yours lol

Very nice. Definitely going to copy the rest of your build once my M56 arrives from its rebuild and I redo that roof section. You’re doing God’s work right there.

Quaife/P2R Clutch/SMF accompanying that rebuild I hope?
Definitely in the books - need to talk to my Indy about some other parts too in the meantime. Forgot to replace the control arms when I replaced the rotors and pads all around lol (and some strange clunking sounds began happening from the right rear area when turning at relatively low speeds - albeit way before the brake job - need to figure that out too)

Nope. Mechanical, pretty good. Chassis as well. Interior and electrical far from it.
And what are your overall conclusions and impressions (stand-alone and compared to a P80)?

I just turn off my AC ~5-15 mins before I reach my destination to allow the engine to cool, condenser to dry, and avoid (or minimize) this exact scenario lol

Ditto, drives my wife nuts, lol. "Why are you turning the A/C off??"
Another thing that drives my passengers nuts is waiting for idle to drop and water temp to reach at least the first tick before leaving (even when I'm in a rush, I can't bring myself to go -- like in the winter).
Every time I'm in a big big rush and do not have time to wait, I cringe the entire first couple minutes of driving knowing that the engine's still cold lol.

BLIS isn't useful if you adjust your mirrors correctly
BLIS in the V90 is so annoying lol. It's constantly freaking out in traffic and when I'm changing lanes with a small gap that exactly fits the car in the lane next to me (car giving me space is a foot behind me max) it flashes and warns me and passengers freak out and ugh. And when a leaf blows by or a bee flies by the car all the proximity sensors go off one by one along its flight path and it takes up the whole center screen instead of showing me my map etc. Useless features designed for clueless drivers. All of 'em are off now lol.

At least you can turn it off! Can you get an ECE driver's mirror for it?
Yup. Thank god for that lol. Had ECE mirrors with my V90 rental in Europe and will probably get a set for mine soon — took a bit to get used to the distortion, but once you’re used to it, it’s great.
