Covers installation of this radiator from FCPEURO.
* The radiator is correct for both GT and MT.
* Included are replacement shock absorbers for the side mounts.
* Included are two square washers, because the 2 FAN bolts need something to screw into. The mounting hole is slightly different. You can put the square washers in even after everything is mounted, and that's probably the best time.
* Jack the car up pretty high. I used a thick C# book on top of the jack. Should've used two for the extra height. 2 more inches would've been helpful.
* Unbolt the two long 10mm bolts per side (horizonally oriented) to separate the coolant radiator from the intercooler.
* Unbolt the 1 long 10mm bolt per side (vertically oriented) which is holding the entire assembly to the car's frame. These bolts have a larger washer. These bolts go through the shock absorbers on each side mount.
* After unbolting but before trying to get the radiator out, remove the S-shaped spring mounts on the top of the radiator.
* I had to file down the sides on one of the S-shaped spring mounts to make it fit the plastic gap on the new radiator.
* Remove the right (passenger) side first, then you can slide out the left (driver) side, then lower the entire radiator.
Old one coming out ... right then left.
New one going in, left then right.
New radiator installed, before electric fan.
