I’ll also mention that i want to run a big turbo setup and am aiming for ~500-600bhp but i would still be open to getting the ipd 4t4 turbo upgrade if those numbers aren’t attainable with any of the setups I mentioned
Doesn't re-volvo sell an R exhaust manifold with a T3 flange? And also doesn't Milletech make high-performanceI think that with any of those options you can get to 500whp with stock intake/exhaust manifolds. I would go the forged rods and pistons route personally just for added insurance.

I'm sure they do, my point is that for 500whp you don't need an equal length exhaust manifold. That level of power can be reached with a stock manifold or a Japanifold. It may definitely require modification if the flange depending on your turbo. Mine are vband flanges welded to the manifold flange.Doesn't re-volvo sell an R exhaust manifold with a T3 flange?
