FWD S60 / V70 have a different rear suspension setup that AWD S60 V70 / R. front springs will work, but rears wont. Also, V70Rs tend to have a higher spring rate in the rear, due to added weight.

So
Out of the variety out there what is the best ride vs. stiffness ,I guess I don't want to sacrifice comfort, and want to keep stock shock set up if possible as my shocks are new Holstein tc,s.

TME's are always an option. Eibach also makes a set. The TME's lower it quite a bit whereas the eibachs not so much.

Looking for ride quality as well as a lower stance, don't need something scraping the pavement and making me seek an ER visit on every bump with my 60 year old back !!

Here is a comparison. If you want comfort go for eibach. Pictured below.

If you want stance (what I was going for) go with TME. Pictured below.

Both photos taken from cub740 on Instagram. Where I got my TMEs.
