Hello All,
This is my first post, so here it goes...
I've been doing a little research on suspension options for the S60 AWD (I own an '02 S60 AWD 2.4T), and I know there aren't many options. I see that there's the KW coilovers, and that's about it. I don't really want to spend 2K on coilovers especially when I want to eventually upgrade to the ipd swaybars and endlinks.
I wanted to see what other AWD owners out there have done. If you could let me know your set up and/or suggestions that will be great. I've emailed Lucky at ipd and I'll report back with what he says too.

I've thought about this combination while going through the various websites like ipd and EST.
For example, Eibach springs, ipd swaybars and endlinks, and ipd hd Front Upper Spring Seats.
Has anyone done this setup?

Thanks for the feedback!
After lowering, did you need a camber kit for either the front or rear?

my rear camber is at -2.x degrees so I rotate tires a lot. front alignment is fine but if you dont want to spend time rotating a lot, iPd does offer rear camber bushings to bring camber to spec with a lowered rear suspension.

Re: (shagginwagon)

Thanks shagginwagon.
I've emailed Lucky at iPd a couple of times, and here's what his thoughts were:
I asked about bilsteins...Lucky said the HD bilsteins could be used up front. People have given positive feedback with the bilsteins struts and stock shocks in the rear.
I also asked where I should start (upgrading struts or swaybars/endlinks)...Lucky said the best bang for your buck is to start with the iPd swaybars. I think that's where I'll start .
I'm sure most of you have read this before (about AWD S60's), but I thought I'd post a reply as I said I would in the original post .
Thanks again for the feedback from 2002volvos60 and shagginwagon !

I have had the eibach kit on my '02 2.4T AWD for quite some time now and have really enjoyed them. The car feels completely different with the new springs, much more firm and stable once lowered. The Eibach kit drops the front quite beautifully but the rear could still be a bit lower for my tastes. I am thoroughly considering chopping a coil in the rears when I replace my struts in 10 or 15 thousand miles.
I decided to use the Eibachs with the stock shocks since I had such low miles on them, I installed with only 35,xxx miles but am now at 89,xxx and the stock shocks are getting tired. I was just going to replace with stock shocks but might as well go for the Bilsteins up front. New springs seats and shocks mounts and we should be good to go.
W/ Eibach Springs and Stock Shocks-

Re: (S60AM)

I've got IPD R track sways, IPD front and rear endlinks, new front HD spring seats, and the KW V2s waiting to be installed. So we'll see how all that does with my AWD compared to the Spring kits on stock struts.
