S40 Fuel Pressure Issues

The check engine light came on the other day and the error codes are referring to a fuel pressure issue. Has anyone come across this issue on their S40's. And if so, what did you do to resolve this issue?

FYI, I have an '06 S40 T5 with 66k miles on the clock.

I kept getting P0194 and P0191 and after months of intermittent CEL and the same codes thrown, decided that replacing the fuel rail pressure sensor seemed like a good idea - no CEL since (mid Jan).

Sorry - 04.5 S40 2.4i with 50k miles (46-49K at the time of codes)
