Rough Train Tracks Leaking Massive Oil
This may have been answered before but I just got home and I'm freaking out a little... I have a 2006 S40 T5, and on the way home today I ran over some train tracks (at 10 mph) that were WAY rougher than I anticipated. I smelled burning oil and watched my engine temp the whole way home. Once I got home I popped the hood and looked under the car. I am leaking A LOT of oil... anybody know the probable damage and what it might run to get fixed? I'm terrified that I really hurt my car bad... any advice is greatly appreciated in advance.
I should also note that once I stopped, the oil leak was about 2 feet by 4 feet within minutes...
Thanks everyone.
