I'm currently on H&R springs installed by the PO which I'm guessing lower it about 1.3 inches although it looks lower. I'm looking at getting a set of Rotiform NUEs drilled to 5x108 since I love the wheels and they do affordable custom drilling. I'm looking at 18x8.5 , but I'm not sure which offset to go with, et35 or et45 :confused:also recommended tires sizes to avoid rubbin'. I would rather not roll my fenders but I will if necessary.

45 and 225's if you don't wanna roll, otherwise 35 would be nice and flush but would poke a bit if running a 235.

Hmm I was worried about rubbing on the inside with the 45, but flush would be most desirable, I wonder how 35 offsets with 225 would be? 225 with a 8.5 wide wheel seems like not enough rubber but a little stretch might look alright?

Won't have hardly any stretch and with the 35 you would be flush up front for sure. I'm 18x8 +35 and have a little room in front and room for days in the rear. Ideal setup is 18x8.5 30's offset and run a 225 with slight stretch. I don't like the look of square tires and the super stretch looks dumb. Pic for reference, these are 215's by the way and are nearly square on an 8".

I know I can't wait! 225/35 or 225/45? With the et35

35mm offset is fine. You can't use 225/45/18's, the diameter will be too far off from stock.(over 4%) 225/35/18 is marginal, almost 3% difference, I would not use that size either. You can use 225/40/18, 235/40/18 and 235/35/18 that's it, those are your three best choices on 8.5 x 18 rims.
