Hello all, I have been a very frequent lurker of Swedespeed for almost a year now, and although I have made very few post I have learned a lot from the forum and made several successful modifications thanks to all the great info available from everyone here.
I just purchased a set of Heico lowering springs from another SS member, (I have searched) but can’t seem to find any solid info on installation. I have a decent set of tools and a garage to work in. You think I can do the installation myself? Any info appreciated
You have to remove the full housing to swap out the rear springs = huge PIA
I just did it on my XC yesterday.
Worst with the Rs is that all the shocks have to be unplugged before you can remove the from the car.

The wires to the rears are a pain but just give yourself enough time. I got stuck on one of the rears and finally cut it and spliced it back together when I was done. The connector was way up someplace where I couldn't get to it. Works fine.
