I discovered that these gizmos -- little aluminum wheels mounted under the nose and bars under the rockers are installed by Corvette owners with relatively steep driveways. Has anyone tried modifying something like this for an "R"?
Otherwise, I could see myself buying either a new bumper cover or a new driveshaft every other month. (Selling the house to buy one with a flat driveway is not really an option.)

they keep you from bottoming out, which i would love for my car since my front bumper and my driveway seem to have a conflict with each other.

is that somethign that will fit onto any car or are they custom made...
i can see companies making them for Vettes...but our car is too unique to have a custom part like that made..unless IPD or EVOLVE wanted a piece of the action

I don't think they would work to well on an R. Since the wings project from the front of the bumper, the wheels would be easily seen and look tacky.
