just lightly scraped a curb on a very slow turn, and scratched about a 6 inches strip of my , 60t5 wheel rim. does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix up this goof on my part. thnks in advance<BR>gt

You should be able to find a rim repair guy locally in your yellow pages or ask a local tire dealer. Thats what I did when I put a flat spot in my TSW. Your damage sounds less extensive, you could probably get a close estimate over the phone. I paid over $150 cnd (can't remember exactly at the moment) for the flat spot removal and refinishing, sounds like you just need refinishing. Should be cheeper, although my rims are painted. Not sure if your rims are. If you have no luck finding a guy locally I'll give you a number here in Ontario for top specialist here. I know first hand they do great work. <P>
