Has anyone on here done the complete RICA set up?
"Note - Stage 3 with 325 hp and 500 nm is with the GT2871R turbo and is a ready-made package. Different turbos can be used for different performance levels if required, however custom dyno tuning would then be required."

A link to the PDF with info. I didn't know that they did this complete set up for the S40 T5

Re: RICA Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, + Handling Package (x-omatic)

Yeah, I've ran across that page before. Never heard a price though, but I am sure it is a very pretty penny...
I thought the 2871r could provide more power than 325hp. Either way that is a kit that I would like.

Does anyone know what it would cost to get this package?

LOL! Wow. Totally didn't scroll down.

In that case, on average, 325 bhp is roughly equivalent to 276 WHP.

Which i feel could be easily achieved on the stock turbo so meh... If i go turbo (ha IF), when i go turbo upgrade we want to shoot for at least 350whp on the stock block. Not too ready to jump into a bottom end rebuild or get it sleeved. Just getting a real tune is key not over the counter base maps...

Just realized their suspension upgrade is a revalved K-sport hmmmm... id be weary as the price could go up substantially and unless they release the specs (which they wont) there may be very minimal differences from the standard K-sport Kontrols which are 1100 or so.

Re: (ForceFed Motorsports)

I'm curious to see a price on this kit.

I bet more power could be made for similar money with a custom setup. I know a GT2871R should be able to put out alot more power than that too... weird. Either way, it's getting harder and harder every day to not touch the engine on my car

Ehh...300 is about the limit I would go on white blocks. Any more and you had better have a REALLY good tune. From there I would at least throw in some rods.

I've seen Mazda 3 K-sports go for around 950ish. Either way, K-sports wont ride nearly as well as KW, H&R, or even Tein's IMO.

No they definitely wont as they dont put as much time and R&D into the development of the valving. But i have a connection for cheap Ksports so i may just do it until my H&R source pulls thru for me.

Hey Rica has a stage 3 option using the K04 and it shows great results for a simple $200 re tune, I'm one complement away from getting this done.:

Just wanted to share the nice find with my fellow SwedeSpeeders:beer:

I noticed that too how they have a Stage 3 on stock turbo Instead of swapping out the turbo. As soon as I swap the DP and intercooler, my purchase will be that stage 3 Tune. I suspect an oil cooler might be a safe addition if going stage 3

Cant argue with the numbers, and I find it funny how best best results you literally have to pretend stage 2 isn't in existence.
