I just installed Slater's QBM rear wagon bar. I can definitely say it's a nice $100 investment for wagon owners.

Suspension setup:
IPD sways (front and rear)
QBM endlinks
QBM delrin control are bushings
QBM rear wagon bar
Bilstein HD shocks/struts
H&R sport springs
H&R 20mm spacers front
H&R 15mm spacers rear
OEM Volvo strut brace

Impressions:
Driving before the bar, the rear end felt twitchy in areas and rolled slightly. It wasn't mushy, because I had sways and a lowered, firm suspension already. However, the rear did have room for improvement. Adding the QBM rear bar stiffened up the rear enough to make the car seem flatter in turns. Rounding a city block at 20-30 mph made the car seem very track like. Body roll is still there, but the rear bar cleaned up a lot of the initial mush. The roll that's evident now is from the sheer force of 1000 lbs moving laterally. Nothing but a roll cage will clean this up.

So, how do I like it? It's like my OEM strut brace. I loooooove how clean my car feels in turns, now. It's a very nice addition to a sloppy OEM suspension design.

I don't have slaters bar, but I made my own ages ago. Didn't feel a thing. Almost a waste of time. Sorry, but I'm just gonna have to say your results are psychological. I love all of Gregs products, but this one is snake oil IMO.

Between the ears factor is an important part of the confidence thing..

If you want to stiffen up a wagon install a towhook frame.

I ditched the similar brace and installed that thing in the back of the car that you can kinda of see... Much better results

It's hard to say it's psychological, in my case. I drove the car just before installing it. Installed it in 10 minutes. Then drove it again around the same blocks at the same speeds (give or take depending on traffic).

The bumps in the road, the curves, etc. all improved with the new bar in place. It's not leaps and bounds, but it's similar in improvement as if you had a front strut brace. Nothing magical... just a nice compliment.

I had the same experience as Dr. Pheta w/ my 855R. Our cars are set-up the same, except I have stock sways.
Turn in is better, less squeaks and rattles from the rear (195k on the car), and a steering response felt improved !?).
Worth the $100 for me...

X2 it's just a brace i cain't imagine a night n day diffrence. only under heavy accelration and a hard load in the twists would you really notice a night n day diffrence. where's those before n after solom times

for 100 bills it's worth it though
