Reverse lights do no work

So I realized that my reverse lights do not work. The car is a CPO, but before I take it to the dealer I figured I could diagnose the problem myself.
First of all, I checked the bulbs and the connections - they seem to be fine. Where is our reverse switch located? I have no codes thrown.

common problem.. some switch under the shifter I think....it happened on my car last year, covered under CPO warranty. Call dealer, give them a heads up so they have the part ready and bring it in.....
