In VoC app, I picked a dealer not my regular service dealer nearby, picked a date from loaner available dates and submit an appointment, with my phone number and email.

Glad I called them to confirm. They don't see my car info, phone number or email at the time I booked. And they see the appointment is just a drop-off, no loaner is requested.

So I scheduled another appointment on phone, with loaner, 11 days later than the original appointment.

Old school talk works better.
