Not sure if others are experiencing this but trying to reply with quote and it just seems to "spin" after clicking on the button. Doesn't move you down the page to the posting box or insert the post to quote...just spins.

If the OP is editing their post, then replying to a quote is not possible until edit is complete and saved. At least, I have experienced this on a few occasions. Your circumstance might be different but I thought I would share this one.

Probability of that is pretty low. I tried a number of posts in different threads to no avail. Also just tried to "Reply with Quote" to Gary-16-Xc90's post in this thread.

Mine worked. Had to click it twice for some reason? But it did work.

Same here... first click spins the cursor, second click loads the reply window
