Sorry, dumb question, but the front wipers are due for replacement, and wasn't sure where to get new ones. The factory wipers seem somewhat aero, do we go with the same style? Dealer wants $55 bucks for new ones.
Or just go with rainx/anco from wallyworld?

Re: Replacing the Wipers (Bixmen)

Valeo 900 series seems to be decent, and they have sales all the time.

Re: Replacing the Wipers (gascos80)

Thanks! I hadn't even heard of that brand before, but sounds like they get good reviews. 1/2 off dealer prices too.

Does this chassis accept aftermarket wipers? I know that the newer P2 cars have the "low profile" arms with the little click attachment, which means you can only install OEM blades.

Valeo is the low profile blades designed for new EUCD platform. I have them on my 08 S80.

Re: Replacing the Wipers (Needsdecaf)

Joe,
I thought that Valeo is an aftermarket brand. Someone here suggested this brand, I needed the replacement, the Amazon.com had a nice sale, and they were less than 1/2 of what dealer has quoted for the OEM.
They look very similar to what I had from factory, but I would not know if they are exactly the same.
I was happy, and honestly did not research any other brands.
I just looked - Amazon shows suitable blades from Valeo, Bosch, Trico, AC Delco, Anco...
