Quieter, smoother, stickier, wider track, rim protector and I think a more agressive look. It really feels like a totally new and different car. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://********************/smile/emthup.gif" BORDER="0"> <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/cool.gif" BORDER="0"> <p><IMG SRC="http://pic12.picturetrail.com/VOL423/1725447/5918533/133716414.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://pic12.picturetrail.com/VOL423/1725447/5918533/133716467.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://pic12.picturetrail.com/VOL423/1725447/5918533/133716502.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://pic12.picturetrail.com/VOL423/1725447/5918533/133716420.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://pic12.picturetrail.com/VOL423/1725447/5918533/133716507.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://pic12.picturetrail.com/VOL423/1725447/5918533/133716481.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://pic12.picturetrail.com/VOL423/1725447/5918533/133716433.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://pic12.picturetrail.com/VOL423/1725447/5918533/133716424.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><br>

Re: Replaced PZero Rossos with Goodyear F1 GS-D3 (TexasV70R)

I just put mine on as well. I love them. Great purchase. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/biggrin.gif" BORDER="0">

Re: Replaced PZero Rossos with Goodyear F1 GS-D3 (MASH)

Looks good. Any thoughts about the lower load rating. Assuming all of the review are accurate, seems like a great replacement tire and a bit cheaper thant the PS2's.

Re: Replaced PZero Rossos with Goodyear F1 GS-D3 (alfluvah)

The 94Y rating is more than enough for my needs and is typically as high or higher than any other then the Rossos. The only weight in the back of the wagon is luggage or our Belgian Malinois, who is currently at 67lbs. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/biggrin.gif" BORDER="0">

Dude, don't you wash the underneath of your car <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/tongue.gif" BORDER="0"> <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/biggrin.gif" BORDER="0"> ???<p>Seriously, very nice. I can't wait to burn up the Pirelli's so I can get something else ... I am really worried about not having a rim protector right now (with the auto car wash <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/eek.gif" BORDER="0"> ).<p>Unfortunately I will probably have to look for an all-season alternative without such an aggressive look <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/frown.gif" BORDER="0"> .

F1's are GREAT tires and well worth it. Quick brick, the pirelli Pnero Zeros are a good comprimise and are WAY better than the stock assemetrico. One of the reason the stock tires are so bad is cause they are extra load bearing which is nor nesisary on the R's.
