I'm prolly going to remove my front bumper today to do a couple things(fix grille, re-adjust weatherstripping, re-adjust air guide) I was wondering if there's anything else I should check for while I have it off. Also, for those of you who have done this before, how long does it take to take off the bumper?

From what you said, None of those things require the front bumper cover to be completely removed, but anyway...
I'm not sure how much you know about bumper removal,
Take the top 8 or so black pins out.
Then, under the moldings in the front, there are really long bolts that hold the bumper in place.
Then take out the screws that are found in the wheel well, and once completed, the bumper should come off pretty easily. Reinstallation, especially the part in the wheel well, that you have to connect the sides, can get very difficult with only 1 person, so you might want to get someone else to help you just line the two sides up.
Other than that, let me know if you have any more questions.

Re: Removing front bumper today... (bpray9223)

Its really quite easy just be careful and be sure to lay a blanket or something out to rest the bumper on while its off. The first time i removed the bumper, it got scratched from the driveway, i was not really thinking ahead. This link is what i used to figure it out.
http://forums.swedespeed.com/z...age=4

They're very simple to remove, just plug off the old washer fluid lines, and you're good to go.

I dont see why I would need new ones of these things because I have removed them before to adjust a tab on my grille.

Oh alright, yea i shouldnt have a problem with breaking them I've dealt with removing them before. One more question, is it hard to re-align the bumper when I'm re-installing it?

No, however with two people it is much easier. I have done it both ways, and by myself it took a bit of effort to align it, but im sure you can manage
