There is a crunch (best way i can describe the noise) that comes from the rear suspension of my 05R (never from the front). This only occurs at low speed when I go over a bump, uneven road surface, or up a drive way. Sometimes it doesnt happen, but maybe i just dont hear it sometimes. Anyone have any idea what this noise could be? Im not too worried about it, the car performs just fine and has been doing this for a while (~4 months). Any help would be appreciated, or should I just take it to the dealer and have them deal with it (I have a warranty, a pretty good aftermarket one at that) and clear up all the other little things that need fixing (stupid one touch window roll up function rolls all the way up, then down).
Thanks, sorry about the long post.

Re: Rear suspension CRUNCH! help... (craina)

TNN21-18-2004-05-04 Title: Sub Frame Squeaking Noise.
Under certain conditions when driving in cold and or wet weather a squeaking or crunching type noise may be heard from the vehicle sub frame bushings.
This noise may be more noticeable during low speed maneuvers or when braking at low speeds. From the chassis break point listed below a new insulating washer PN 30660816 has been introduced in production and is available as a service solution. If the customer should experience this condition and the vehicle is below the chassis # listed the sub frame washers should be installed.

It's a two-way street! I've given Keystone Doylestown the hard-line a few times, but they've always held up for me and I always come right back here with my happy story to tell.
