How do I gain access to these in order to install a LOC?

you need to take off the rear deck panel. but first you have to remove side sail panels and seat bolsters. then you can slide the whole deck panel out.

I don't know what a LOC is but you can also access the wires underneath the seat bolsters. You'll see a grey twisted pair. That's it.

Couldn't he just use the pre-wired harness in the trunk that hook up a sub? (if that's his plan)
